摘要
介绍了连铸智能控制系统的整体框架,相关工艺模型的建立及数据可视化的实现方法。首先,根据钢种和浇注条件建立结晶器传热模型,得到铸坯与结晶器之间的换热系数以及铜板温度,以此作为一冷区的换热边界条件用于铸坯温度场的计算。然后通过坯尾回溯法得到铸坯的三维温度场,用于动态二冷水及动态轻压下的参数优化。钢种物性参数数据库,工艺模型和数据可视化共同构成高效连铸智能控制系统。目前,模型的计算结果已经用于生产过程中工艺参数的确定及设备结构的优化。数据可视化功能无需外部接口和辅助软件,通过创建MFC应用程序,采用windows系统中的图形设备接口(GDI)实现三维温度场和等值线图的绘制,为今后连铸过程的模拟,参数优化及智能控制提供参考。
The intelligent control system of continuous casting,the construction of process model,and the method of data visualization are introduced in detail.Firstly,according to the condition of cast and the physical properties of steel grade,a mathematical model of heat transfer in the mold is established to obtain the heat transfer coefficient and the temperature of copper plate.Then,the heat transfer coefficient in the mold is used as the boundary condition of the first cooling zone so that the temperature field of slab could be obtained.Furthermore,the backtracking method is developed for the calculation of three-dimension temperature field of slab,which is significant for the optimization of parameters related to the dynamic secondary cooling water and the soft reduction.The database of physical properties related to steel grades,process model and data visualization constitute the intelligent control system.The calculated results of process model could be applied for the determination of parameters and the optimization of equipment.The data visualization could be realized without assistant software and external interface.By creating a MFC application,the Graphics Device Interface(GDI)equipped in the windows system is applied for the drawing of colour map and the counter map.This work is expected to provide reference for the simulation of cast process,the optimization of parameters and the intelligent control.
