摘要
本文详细讨论了智能制造的提出、实施目标和内容等。结合我国钢铁企业精炼单元智能化系统的实施过程,给出了建立智造单元的实施方案,系统组成,功能架构,通讯模式;对所涉及的主要功能要求进行详细说明,并阐述了可预期的实施效果。探索出了一套制造企业智能化的实施路线:从局部工序开始建立标准化的智造单元,各单元组装链接,进而扩展到分厂及实现全企业智能化的可操作的实施路径,为制造企业实施智能化提供了参考。
This article proposes a smart made unit,and discusses implementation target and content in detail.SMU of China’s iron and steel enterprises has its own features,the author gives the implementation scheme,system composition,functional structure and communication mode of SMU.The main functional requirements involved are described in detail and the expected implementation effect is described.A set of the smart intelligent landing route for enterprises is carried out the,SMU is established from the beginning of partial process to fit standardized smart units,It could extend to the factory even to whole enterprise intelligent operational path,and provides the beneficial reference to implement smart manufacturing enterprise.
