摘要
为了研究辊缝收缩对减轻板坯中心偏析的作用,采用数值模拟方法计算了板坯的温度场和凝固收缩,分析了坯壳厚度和凝固收缩量在冶金长度内的分布,建立了3种辊缝收缩实验方案并比较了其效果。结果表明,在凝固末端以前2~3个扇形段进行辊缝收缩有效减轻了板坯中心偏析,辊缝收缩量应略大于铸坯自由凝固收缩量。
In order to research the effect of roll gap reduction on reducing the centerline segregation of slab, the temperature and solidification shrinkage of a slab were calculated by numerical simulation, the distribution of the solidified shell thiekness and solidification shrinkage along the metallurgical length were analyzed, then three sets of roll gap reduction were built,tested and their effects were compared. The results show that the roll gap reduction within 2-3 segments before the solidification end is effective to reduce the centerline segregation, and the roll gap reduction rate should be a little more than the slab solidification shrinkage.
