摘要
RAM动态轻压下、连铸坯凝固模型、动态轻压下控制模型和伺服执行系统等,对连铸坯的中心偏析进行数值模拟,精确地对连铸坯凝固末端实施动态轻压下,从而降低了铸坯中心偏析、中心疏松的程度,大大提高了铸坯产品质量。详细阐述了轻压下对铸坯中心偏析的影响,在铸坯凝固末端轻压下直接作用的区域内,两相区受到压缩,枝晶间富含溶质的液相被挤出,相对于铸坯向液芯方向流动,铸坯中心区域由两相区内被压缩的固相及残留的液相构成,中心区域偏析指数下降。
RAM dynamic soft reduction used RAMON’the newest technology of solidification model,dynamic soft reduction controlling model and servo administer system.These system can simulate the centreline segregation ratio and accurately control the soft reduction acting at the solidification end of the slab,thus the centreline segregation ratio and center loosen will be reduced,and the quality of continuous casting slab will be greatly improved.The formation of centreline segregation in continuous casting has been simulated and the Effect of the soft Reduction on the centreline segregation is analyzed.The mushy region is compressed and interdendritic solute-rich liquid flows toward the liquid core in the soft reduction action zone at the solidification end of the slab.The centre region of the strand is composed of the compressed solid and residual liquid.So the centreline segregation ratio is reduced.
