液芯压下工艺对CSP连铸连轧SPAH钢力学性能的影响

摘要 通过对珠钢CSP生产现场以同一炉钢水进行液芯压下LCR (LiquidCoreReduction)和非液芯压下工艺条件下铸坯和连铸连轧材力学性能及组织的检测,探讨了CSP工艺生产中LCR/非LCR工艺的异同以及对铸坯和成品材组织、性能的影响。结果表明:在珠钢CSP生产中,两种工艺下成品板材的组织和性能都非常优越,彼此差别不大,只是LCR工艺对铸坯性能改善较明显。 The mechanical property and the microstructure were tested to the slabs and hot strips from the same heat liquid steel by compact strip production with the techniques of liquid core reduction and normal route.The effect of LCR technique on the mechanical property and microstructure of the slab and strip was discussed.The results showed that all strips produced by the two different processes were of very fine microstructure and excellent mechanical property,the differences were less one another,the LCR technique improved the slab property obviously.
