摘要 薄板坯连铸连轧是当代短流程钢铁工厂的重要组成分,继CSP(以美国纽柯厂为代表)和ISP(以意大利阿维迪厂为代表)之后,众多花式的薄板坯连铸连轧工艺逐步发展起来,本文列举五种典型,且各具特色的工艺方案。笔者在着重分析了出坯厚度、结晶器型式与产品质量关系的基础上,把各种设计归纳为三类,即“高产型”、“紧凑型”和“简易型”。认为其各自不同的工艺特点可以适合于不同引用厂家的工程特点和特定的市场需求。 Thin slab concast and conroll(continuous casting and continuous rolling) is a major part of modern minimill steel works.Many new technologies of thin slab concast and conroll have been developed following CSP(represented by Grawfordsville,Nucor Steel,USA) and lSP(represented by Arvedi Steel,Italy).Based on the analysis of slab thickness and mould type versus product quality,5typical designs of thin slab concast and conroll with different characteristics are classified into 3 kinds:the simplified,the high output and the compacted.It is considered that the diversified design features can meet the demands of different users and specific market.
