摘要
目的:分析抑郁症患者经颅超声中脑中缝核的影像学特点。方法:本试验择取2017年2月~2020年2月来本院接受疾病治疗的抑郁症患者180例为研究样本,将其视为病例组。将郁症患者分为重度组28例、中度组48例、轻度组104例。另取同期来本院接受健康检查的健康人为健康组,共计180例。开展经颅超声检查,分析结果。结果:从BR回声异常对比情况而言,病例组为81.11%高于健康组15.56%,P<0.05;BR回声变化和患者抑郁程度水平呈负相关,(r=-0.615,P<0.05)。结论:BR回声改变和抑郁症疾病的发生发展存在相关性。代表BR超声回声变化可被视为抑郁症辅助诊断与判定患者疾病严重程度的检查方案。
Objective:To analyze the imaging characteristics of the midbrain suture nucleus in patients with depression by transcranial ultrasound.Methods:In this study,180 patients with depression who came to our hospital for treatment from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected as study samples and treated as the case group.The patients with depression were divided into severe group(n=28),moderate group(n=48)and mild group(n=104).In addition,a total of 180 healthy subjects were selected from the health group who came to our hospital for health examination in the same period.A transcranial ultrasound examination was performed and the results were analyzed.Results:In terms of abnormal BR echogenicity,81.11%of the patients in the case group was higher than 15.56%of the healthy group,P<0.05.The change of BR echo was negatively correlated with the level of depression in patients,(r=-0.615,P<0.05).Conclusion:The echogenicity of BR is correlated with the development of depression.BR echocardiographic changes can be used as a diagnostic aid for depression and a diagnostic test to determine the severity of the disease.
