摘要
随机抽取武汉市社会福利院收治的60例MDD(major depression disorder)老人,2018年1月—2019年1月为周期,随机分为实验观察组及实验对照组,每组各30例.对照组采用盐酸帕罗西汀,观察组采用盐酸帕罗西汀+低频聚焦超声刺激(LIFUP)治疗,两组均持续治疗2个月.统计对比入院时及治疗结束后两组抑郁评分(HAM-D,GDS)、睡眠指数评分(PSQI)、治疗效果及不良反应.结果表明两组治疗后抑郁指数HAM-D及GDS指数降低,且实验观察组比实验对照组低(P<0.05);两组治疗后睡眠质量评分PSQI分值低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组治疗效果比较,观察组90%(27/30)较对照组63.33%(19/30)高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).说明低频聚焦超声刺激(LIFUP)联合帕罗西汀有效改善抑郁症患者病情,减轻抑郁症状,改善失眠,效果显著,且无不良反应发生风险.
Sixty elderly patients with MDD admitted to our hospital were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table from January 2018 to January 2019,each group with 30 members.The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride,and the experimental group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride and low-intensity focused ultrasound pulsation.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The depression scale(HAMD,GDS),Pittsburg sleep index scores(PSQI),recovery effect and adverse reactions of the two groups at admission and after treatment were compared.The results showed that the HAMD and GDS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those of the experimental group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and that of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.The efficiency 90%(27/30)of the observation group was higher than that 63.33%(19/30)of the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.It showed that low-intensity focused ultrasound pulsation(LIFUP)combined with paroxetine hydrochloride can effectively improve the condition of patients with depression,reduce depressive symptoms and improve insomnia,with significant effects and without risk of adverse reactions.
