摘要
目的探究抑郁症儿童采用音乐疗法联合脑电生物反馈对行为问题改善的效果。方法方便选取2019年6月—2020年6月该院收治的70例抑郁症儿童作为研究对象,随机分为两组。给予对照组患儿(35例)应用常规治疗措施,给予研究组患儿(35例)应用音乐疗法联合脑电生物反馈,统计并对比两组患儿的C-PEP-3评分、CARS评分以及治疗总有效情况。结果研究组患儿治疗后的C-PEP-3评分(36.26±5.49)分、CARS评分(20.60±13.19)分以及治疗总有效率(71.43%)均优于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(t=3.396、2.695,χ^(2)=4.769,P<0.05)。结论抑郁症儿童应用音乐疗法联合脑电生物反馈,有利于改善患儿的C-PEP-3评分、CARS评分,提高治疗总有效率,能够对其行为问题起到有效解决作用。
Objective To explore the effects of music therapy combined with EEG biofeedback to improve behavior problems in children with depression.Methods Conveniently selected 70 children with depression admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 as the research objects,and randomly divided them into two groups.The children in the control group(35 cases)were given conventional treatment measures,and the children in the study group(35 cases)were given music therapy combined with EEG biofeedback.Statistics and comparison of C-PEP-3 score,CARS score and total effective treatment of the two groups of children.Results The C-PEP-3 score(36.26±5.49)points,CARS score(20.60±13.19)points and the total effective rate(71.43%)of the children in the study group after treatment were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.396,2.695,χ^(2)=4.769,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of music therapy combined with EEG biofeedback to children with depression can help improve the children's C-PEP-3 score,CARS score and improve the total effective rate of treatment,and can effectively solve their behavioral problems.
