摘要 液压支架作为大采高采煤的关键性设备,在工作过程中受到的外力复杂,环境影响因素较多,容易在工作面支撑过程中发生失效现象。液压支架顶梁常受到扭转载荷作用,分析液压支架在该类载荷作用力下出现的结构薄弱点,对液压支架设计不合理处进行结构优化,并利用有限元仿真软件对比分析优化前、后结构的应力分布情况。仿真结果表明:结构优化后的液压支架应力分布得到了改善,提高了工作安全性和稳定性。 Hydraulic support,as a key equipment for coal mining at large mining heights,is subject to complex external forces during the work process,and there are many environmental influence factors,and it is easy to fail during the process of working face support.The top beam of the hydraulic support is often subjected to torsional loads,analyze the structural weaknesses of the hydraulic support under this type of load,optimize the structure of the hydraulic support,and use finite element simulation software to compare and analyze the stress distribution of the structure before and after the optimization Happening.The simulation results show that the optimized structural stress distribution has been improved,and the working safety and stability of the hydraulic support have been improved.
