摘要 根据液压支架架型结构及用途不同对支架连杆机构进行分类及特性对比分析,以ZFY19000/28/55D型两柱式综采放顶煤液压支架顶梁受偏心载荷为例,利用传统力学计算方法和有限元分析法对该液压支架前、后连杆的受力情况进行计算和研究,分析其连杆所承载应力的分布特点。分析结果表明,采用有限元分析方法对连杆强度进行分析计算能够弥补传统力学计算中存在的不足,有利于传统力学计算公式的修正和完善,可为优化支架结构设计提供更有效的技术支撑。 According to the different structure and use of hydraulic support, the classification and characteristic comparative analysis of support connecting rod mechanism were carried out. Taking ZFY19000/28/55D two-column fully mechanized top coal caving hydraulic support top beam under eccentric load as an example, the traditional mechanics calculation method and finite element analysis method were used to calculate and study the stress of the front and rear connecting rod of the hydraulic support, and the stress distribution characteristic of the connecting rod was analyzed. The analysis results show that the finite element analysis method can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional mechanical calculation, which is conducive to the correction and improvement of the traditional mechanical calculation formula, and can provide more effective technical support for the optimization of support structure design.
