摘要
顶梁是液压支架中的关键部件,保障其结构强度至关重要。结合挖金湾煤矿ZY12000型矿用液压支架顶梁的结构特点,开展了顶梁在不同工况条件下的结构性能研究,分析顶梁结构的变形规律。研究表明,顶梁与尾梁铰接连接处为结构的薄弱部位,提出了顶梁结构的优化改进措施,为开展顶梁的进一步优化改进提供了参考。
The roof beam is a key component of the hydraulic support,and it is important to ensure its structural strength.Combining the structural characteristics of the top beam of ZY12000 mine hydraulic support,the structural performance of the top beam under different working conditions was studied,and the deformation law of the top beam structure was analyzed.The study showed that the articulated connection between the roof beam and tail beam was the weak part of the structure,and the optimization and improvement measures for the roof beam structure were given,which provided a reference for further optimization and improvement of the roof beam.
