摘要
为了解决10 m以上特厚煤层矿井开采工作阻力问题,通过现场勘查并对支护强度分析计算,特设计ZF15000/27.5/42型液压支架,将支架支护强度确定为1.46 MPa,对应的支架工作阻力为15000 kN。现场使用结果表明,该型号支架的支护强度和结构特点能够满足特厚煤层强矿压要求,达到了预期的效果。
To solve the problem of mining resistance of coal dust mine with more than 10 m,through field investigation and analysis and calculation of support strength,ZF15000/27.5/42 type hydraulic support is specially designed.The support strength is 1.46 MPa,and the corresponding support resistance is 15 kN.000 The results show that the support strength and structural characteristics of this type of support can meet the requirements of strong coal seam pressure and achieve the desired results.
