摘要
本试验旨在通过实验室分析和代谢试验建立基于菜籽饼粕养分的代谢能值预测方程,为生产提供便捷的估测菜籽饼粕代谢能值的方法。试验共收集25种菜籽饼粕样品,选用19周龄以上健康的樱桃谷肉公鸭进行代谢试验。代谢试验分3批进行,前2批代谢试验均设13个组:玉米组、玉米-豆粕组、绝食内源组和10个菜籽饼粕组;第3批代谢试验设8个组:玉米组、玉米-豆粕组、绝食内源组和5个菜籽饼粕组。前2批代谢试验均使用156只,而第3批代谢试验使用96只,每组设12个重复,每个重复1只鸭。待测饲粮由豆粕或菜籽饼粕替代玉米组成,其中豆粕按35%替代玉米,菜籽饼粕按40%替代玉米。采用真代谢能(TME)结合套算法评定菜籽饼粕的代谢能值,强饲量为试验鸭体重的2%,排空时间和排泄物收集时间均为36 h,每批之间设14 d的恢复期。采用逐步回归法建立菜籽饼粕养分与代谢能值的回归方程。结果表明:1)25种菜籽饼粕的总能(GE)平均值为17.91 MJ/kg[16.48~20.04 MJ/kg,变异系数(CV)=5.24%],干物质(DM)含量平均值为89.72%(86.20%~93.73%,CV=2.21%),粗蛋白质(CP)含量平均值为44.56%(33.91%~50.70%,CV=8.86%),粗脂肪(EE)含量平均值为5.63%(1.21%~10.92%,CV=61.83%),粗灰分(Ash)含量平均值为7.58%(6.90%~8.48%,CV=6.04%),粗纤维(CF)含量平均值为12.89%(7.98%~16.18%,CV=15.08%),中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量平均值为35.86%(20.30%~62.73%,CV=28.21%),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量平均值为23.23%(12.75%~40.10%,CV=28.12%),钙(Ca)含量平均值为0.78%(0.22%~1.29%,CV=31.01%),磷(P)含量平均值为1.07%(0.85%~1.32%,CV=8.24%)。2)25种菜籽饼粕的表观代谢能(AME)平均值为10.21 MJ/kg(8.28~12.51 MJ/kg,CV=17.87%),TME平均值为10.96 MJ/kg(9.00~13.39 MJ/kg,CV=16.66%),氮校正表观代谢能(AMEn)平均值为9.04 MJ/kg(7.28~10.75 MJ/kg,CV=17.42%),氮校正真代谢能(TMEn)平均值为9.71 MJ/kg(7.87~11.51 MJ/kg,CV=16.21%)。3)通过逐步回归分析建立菜籽饼粕AME、TME�
This study was conducted to establish the prediction equation for metabolizable energy values of rapeseed meal based on nutrients through laboratory analysis and metabolism test,so as to provide a convenient method to estimate the metabolizable energy values of rapeseed meal for production.Healthy Cherry Valley young male ducks with the age more than 19 weeks were selected to measure the metabolizable energy values of 25 rapeseed meals from different sources by using metabolism test.Metabolism test included 3 batches.There were 13 groups such as corn group,corn-soybean group,hungry endogenous group and 10 rapeseed meal groups in the batches 1 and 2,and there were 10 groups such as corn group,corn-soybean group,hungry endogenous group and 5 rapeseed meal groups in the batch 3.One hundred and fifty-six meat ducks in the batches 1 and 2 were randomly assigned to 13 groups with 12 replicates per group and 1 duck per replicate,and ninety-six meat ducks in the batch 3 were randomly assigned to 8 groups with 12 replicates per group and 1 duck per replicate.The tested diet consisted of soybean meal or rapeseed meal replacing corn,in which soybean meal replaced corn at 35%and rapeseed meal replaced corn at 40%.The true metabolizable energy(TME)combined with the set algorithm method was used to evaluate metabolizable energy values,meat ducks were force-fed with 2%body weight of diets,and all excretion of each duck was collected for 36 h after force-fed.The 14 days recovery period was set between each batch.The regression equations of metabolizable energy values and nutrients of rapeseed meal were established by stepwise regression method.The results showed as follows:1)the means of gross energy(GE),and the contents of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),ether extract(EE),crude fiber(CF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)of 25 rapeseed meals were 17.91 MJ/kg[16.48 to 20.04 MJ/kg,variable coefficient(CV)=5.24%],89.72%(86.20%to 93.73%,CV=2.21%),44.56%(33.91%to 50.70%,CV=8.86%),5.6
