摘要
柑橘副产物是柑橘榨汁加工过程中产生的废弃物,含有多种生物活性物质,如柑橘黄酮、多酚、橙皮素等,可烘干或通过发酵作为饲料原料。合理利用柑橘副产物能够提高动物的生长性能,改善肉品质以及肠道健康,提高免疫力,对于畜禽非常规饲料资源的开发具有重要意义。文章主要综述了柑橘副产物的营养成分、饲料化利用途径、在畜禽生产中的应用及其对畜禽养殖经济效益的影响,为柑橘副产物在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考。
Citrus by-products are a kind of waste produced in the process of citrus juicing,which contain a variety of bioactive substances,such as citrus flavones,polyphenols,hesperetin,etc.They can be dried into additives or used as feed raw materials through fermentation.Rational use of citrus by-products as animal diets can improve the growth performance of animals,improve the meat quality and intestinal health of animals,and enhance immunity,which is of great significance for the development of unconventional feed for livestock and poultry.The paper reviews the nutritional composition,feed utilization,application in livestock and poultry production and its impact on economic benefits of livestock and poultry production of citrus by-products,to provide reference for the application of citrus by-products in livestock and poultry production.
