摘要
采用稀碱溶液法和单因素试验设计研究了稀碱溶液提取马尾松毛虫蛹中蛋白质的工艺。结果表明:最优提取工艺为:碱溶液浓度1.5%,料液比为1∶15(w/v),抽提时间90 min,抽提温度60℃;沉淀pH为4.5,沉淀温度25℃,沉淀时间120 min。在此工艺下,所得松毛虫蛋白产品的干重1.15 g,其粗蛋白含量为85.8%,总氮提取率为81.2%。稀碱溶液法是一种提取马尾松毛虫蛹中蛋白质的可行方法。
in order to extract the proteins from the pupae of Dendrolimus punctatus.the extraction conditions was studied by single factor test with low concentration NaOH solution.The resuilts showed that the optimal conditions were:NaOH concentration:1.5 %,ratio of material to solvent 1∶15(w/v),extraction time:90 min,extraction temperature: 60 ℃,precipitation acidity: pH 4.5,precipitation temperature: 25℃,precipitation time: 120 min.The protein content of the product obtained at the optimal condition was 85.8 %,and the total extraction rate was 81.2 %,indicating that it is feasible to extract the proteins from the pupae of D.punctatus with low concentration of NaOH method
