摘要 目的探讨Seminar教学模式结合PTC教学法在麻醉危机管理教学中的应用效果。方法将进入临床实习的2014~2015级共70名麻醉学专业实习同学作为研究对象,分为P组和PS组。P组采用PTC教学法,PS组采用PTC结合Seminar教学法,分别对两组学生进行7项麻醉危机事件培训,培训完成后对所有学生进行理论知识和临床技能考核,并以问卷的形式调查两组学生对各自教学方法的评价。结果两组学生笔试成绩得分比较除记忆类题外,在理解类及分析类题型中PS组得分明显高于P组(P <0.05)。在7项麻醉危机事件临床操作技能成绩考核中,PS组得分也明显高于P组(P <0.05),且PS组全体同学通过考核。问卷调查结果显示,PS组学生除表示有占用业余时间情况外,其余选项满意度均高于P组(P <0.05)。结论将Seminar教学法和PTC培训方法结合,可以切实有效提高麻醉实习生的麻醉危机事件的应对及处理能力,同时提高课后自主学习积极性,为临床麻醉教学方法提供了新的思路。 Objective To explore the application effect of Seminar teaching mode and PTC teaching method in the teaching anesthesia crisis management.Methods A total of 70 anesthesia students from 2014 to 2015 who have entered clinical practice as research objects were divided into P group and PS group.P group used PTC teaching method,and PS group used PTC and Seminar teaching method,which 7 trainings on anesthesia crisis events were conducted for two groups of students,and all students were assessed for theoretical knowledge and clinical skills after the training.And then in the form of questionnaires investigated the evaluation of two groups of students on teaching methods.Results The scores of the written test scores in the comprehension and analysis questions of the two groups of students were significantly higher in the PS group than in the P group,except for the memorization questions.(P<0.05).In the 7 skills assessment of clinical operation skills in anesthesia crisis events,the PS group score was significantly higher than the P group.(P<0.05),and all the students in the PS group passed the assessment.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that except for the students in the PS group who indicated that they had occupied spare time,the satisfaction of other options was higher than that in the P group.(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining Seminar teaching mode and PTC training method can effectively improve the response and handling ability of anesthesia crisis incidents of anesthesia interns,meanwhile,the enthusiasm of autonomous learning after class is improved,and which provided new ideas for clinical anesthesia teaching methods.
