摘要
本文初步探讨了危机管理在医院心脏监护病房(CCU)护理管理中的应用。基于危机管理理论,分析CCU护理危机管理的特性、影响因素和应对机制。CCU护理作为医院工作的重要组成部分,要求CCU护士树立危机意识、加强危机管理、强化护患沟通,控制风险发生,最大限度地控制CCU护理危机所带来的损失和潜在伤害,提升CCU护理工作安全性,保障人民群众的生命健康。
This paper briefly discussed the application of crisis management in nursing management of coronary care unit(CCU).The characteristics,influence factors and coping mechanisms of CCU nursing crisis management were analyzed based on the theory of crisis management.As an important part of hospital care,it is essential to enhance CCU nursing operational safety and ensure the health of the people by requiring CCU nurses to establish a sense of crisis,strengthen crisis management,strengthen nurse-patient communication,control the occurrence of risk,and decrease the loss and potential injury caused by CCU nursing crisis.
