摘要
近年来,舞龙舞狮运动的身影开始出现在大学校园中,越来越多的人也开始关注这项极具中华传统文化的运动项目。大学生通过参加舞龙舞狮运动,不仅可以增强自信心,还能够培养良好的竞争意识,同时也有利于其传承以及发扬中国优秀的传统民族文化。总而言之,该项运动对提升大学生的身体素质以及心理素质发挥着至关重要的影响。基于此,该文通过对高校开展舞龙舞狮运动的相关价值进行分析研究,然后提出舞龙舞狮在高校有效开展的策略,以期能为传承中国优秀传统民族文化、提升大学生身心综合素质及培养其良好竞争意识做出贡献。
In recent years,the figure of dragon and lion dance has gradually appeared on university campuses,and more and more people have begun to pay attention to this sport with Chinese traditional culture.By participating in the dragon and lion dance,college students can not only enhance their self-conf idence,but also cultivate a good sense of competition.At the same time,it can also help to pass on and carry forward my country's excellent traditional national culture among college students.All in all these have a vital impuct on impraving college students'physical fitness and psychological quality.Based on this,this article analyzes and studies the relevant value of dragon dance and lion dance in colleges and universities,and then proposes strategies for effective dragon and lion dance in colleges and universities,hoping to inherit Chinese excellent traditional national culture,improve the comprehensive physical and mental quality of college students and cultivate College students have a good sense of competition to contribute.
