摘要
舞龙舞狮运动是中华传统体育项目,具有悠久的历史和广泛的群众基础,很适合作为体育课教学内容在高校中推广。从舞龙舞狮运动的健身价值、娱乐价值、表演价值、竞赛价值和教育价值五个方面进行分析和讨论,探讨其在高校中开展的价值和意义。
Dragon dancing and lion dancing are traditional sports of China.Both of them have long history and abroad crowd base,and they are fit for open as P.E.course.This paper analyze and discuss five kinds of value from fitness,entertainment,performance,competition,and education,in order to find the value and meaning of its been opened in colleges and universities.
