摘要
在我国悠久的历史发展中形成了许多优秀的传统体育项目,舞龙舞狮是其中的重要组成部分,舞龙舞狮不仅具有深厚的文化内涵,同时还能起到锻炼身体素质和精神意志的作用。近些年来,我国许多高校都开始推广舞龙舞狮活动。结合舞龙舞狮的特点对其在高校中推广普及的有效策略进行探讨研究,希望能为我国传统民族文化的传承发展做出一定的贡献。
In the long history of China’s development, many excellent traditional sports have been formed. Dragon and lion dance is an important part of it. Dragon and lion dance not only has profound cultural connotation, but also can play a role in exercising physical quality and spiritual will. In recent years, many universities in China have begun to promote the dragon and lion dance. Combined with the characteristics of dragon and lion dance in colleges and universities to promote the popularization of effective strategies to study, hoping to make a certain contribution to the development of China’s traditional national culture.
