摘要
中国法治教育已经要求从单一的格局逐渐转变为多元化的综合体系。国家法治教育体系是国家治理体系的应有部分,国家法治教育能力也是国家治理能力的应有部分。五位一体的青少年法治教育的协调联动,是国家青少年法治教育能力的一种呈现,由青少年国家机关法治教育、青少年学校法治教育、青少年社会法治教育、青少年家庭法治教育和青少年自我法治教育共同组成的“五位一体”的青少年法治教育体系,以青少年国家机关法治教育为主导,以青少年学校法治教育为基础,以青少年社会法治教育为支撑,以青少年家庭法治教育为支持,以青少年自我法治教育为补充,很大程度上可以弥补青少年法治教育的短板,提升青少年法治教育的质量,满足青少年对于法治教育的需求,从而推进青少年法治教育体系和法治教育能力现代化。
China’s legal education has required a gradual transformation from a single pattern to a diversified comprehensive system.The national legal education system is an integral part of the national governance system,and the national legal education capacity is also an integral part of the national governance capacity.The coordination and linkage of the five-in-one juvenile le⁃gal education is a manifestation of the national juvenile legal education ability.It is composed of juvenile legal education in the state organs,juvenile legal education in schools,juvenile legal education in society,juvenile legal education in family,and juve⁃nile legal self-education.The“five-in-one”juvenile legal education system is dominated by juvenile legal education in the state organs,based on juvenile legal education in schools,sustained by juvenile legal education in society,supported by juvenile legal education in family,and supplemented by juvenile legal self-education.To a large extent,the“five-in-one”juvenile legal edu⁃cation system can make up for the shortcomings of juvenile legal education,improve the quality of juvenile legal education,meet the needs of juveniles for legal education,and promote the modernization of juvenile legal education system and legal education ability.
