摘要
近年来,党和国家日益重视青少年的法治教育,强调培养他们社会责任感和法治意识的重要性。在中学思政课教学中,教师应积极推动法治实践教学,借助基层法庭或青少年模拟法庭等平台,为学生提供沉浸式的普法教育体验。文章结合实施沉浸式普法教育的现状,通过从课堂到法庭感受法律权威、从旁听到参与学习法律精神、从出去到进来维护法律尊严、从理论到实践践行法律原则等方面对实施沉浸式普法教育提升中学生法治素养的策略进行探讨,旨在推动法治教育在中学阶段的深入发展。
In recent years,the Party and the state have increasingly attached importance to the rule of law education for young people,emphasizing the importance of cultivating their sense of social responsibility and civic consciousness.In the teaching of ideological and political courses in middle schools,teachers have the responsibility to actively promote legal practice teaching,and provide students with an immersive legal education experience through platforms such as grassroots courts or youth mock courts.The article combines the current situation of implementing immersive legal education and explores strategies for enhancing the legal literacy of middle school students through experiencing legal authority from the classroom to the court,participating in learning legal spirit from the sidelines,maintaining legal dignity from the outside to the inside,and practicing legal principles from theory to practice.The aim is to promote the in-depth development of legal education in middle school.
