摘要
现阶段,湖南高职金融管理专业人才培养存在的主要问题:一是人才培养定位滞后,供给与需求错位;二是产教融合流于形式,学徒制推进困难;三是师资队伍来源单一,学生能力达成弱。人才培养模式因循守旧,缺乏创新性;运行机制僵化,外部适应性较差是现存问题的根源。构建“两对接四融合三提升”的人才培养模式与设计,基于“产权保护、风险共担,项目引领、点面合作,问题导向、全程评价”的运行协调机制,是破解湖南省高职金融管理专业产教融合背景下人才培养难题的有效途径。
At present,there are some problems in the cultivation of financial management talents in higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province:firstly,the positioning of talent training lags behind the development and the mismatch between supply and demand exists;secondly,integration of industry and education is a mere formality and it is difficult to advance the apprenticeship system;thirdly,the source of teachers is single and the ability of students is weak.The causes of the existing problems are the old-fashioned talent training mode,lack of innovation,rigid operation mechanism and poor external adaptability.The construction of"two dockings,four fusions and three improvements"talent training mode and the design of operation coordination mechanism based on"property rights protection,risk sharing,project leading,cooperation from point to surface,problem oriented and whole process evaluation"are effective ways to solve the talent training problem in higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province.
