摘要
在现代社会发展背景下,对高职院校农业人才培养提出了全新要求,产教融合作为信息化教学理念,逐渐使用在高职院校人才培养模式中,针对高职院校人才培养模式存在的问题进行深入研究,开创人才培养综合模式,实现复合型人才培养。在研究过程中探索建设应用型人才培养模式,将专业群体建设和人才培养生产实践进行综合,在遵循国家职业培养标准的情况下,构建完善的产教融合课程体系和实践教学进行衔接,形成企业、高职院校、行业联合办学的新局面,满足社会发展需求。
In the context of modern social development, new requirements have been put forward for agricultural talent training in higher vocational colleges. As an information-based teaching concept, integration of production and teaching has gradually been used in the talent training model of higher vocational colleges. Only by in-depth research on the problems existing in the talent training model of higher vocational colleges and creating a comprehensive talent training model can we achieve the training of composite talents. In the research process, it is envisaged to build an application-oriented talent training model, integrate the professional group construction and talent training production practice, build a perfect industry education integration curriculum system and connect practical teaching under the condition of following the national vocational training standards, form a new situation of joint education of enterprises, higher vocational colleges and industries, and meet the needs of social development.
