摘要
为了评价回收沥青路面材料的路用性能,分别选取甘肃省境内高速公路6个就地热再生养护维修路段的RAP进行老化沥青及回收矿料性能研究,并与现行规范中相应技术指标进行对比。结果表明,老化沥青相比基质沥青针入度降低,软化点升高,延度降低。抽提后三档集料均比抽提前变细,尤其是5-10mm的变化最大,其次为0-5mm,对10-15mm的影响较小。RAP中粗集料针片状含量总量增大,压碎值满足规范要求;铣刨料中的细集料砂当量均大于新集料规范要求值,细集料棱角性满足规范要求。
In order to evaluate the performance of recycled asphalt pavement materials, this paper selects RAP from 6 in-situ hot recycling maintenance sections of expressways in Gansu to study the performance of aging asphalt and mineral aggregate in RAP, and compares the results with the corresponding technical indexes in the current specifications. Comparing with the base asphalt, the aging asphalt mainly shows the decrease of penetration, the increase of softening point and the decrease of ductility. After extraction, the three grades of aggregate become finer, especially 5-10 mm. The results show that the total content of coarse aggregate in RAP increases, and the crushing value meets the requirements of the specification;the sand equivalent of fine aggregate in milling material is greater than the value of required by the new aggregate specification, and the angularity of fine aggregate also meet the requirements of the specification.
