地下铝土采矿机新型截割装置的进刀工艺与装载效果 被引量:1

摘要 针对下限薄、硬度高的高品位矿料的开采问题,分析了小直径滚筒、厚槽帮、厚顶梁条件下存在的滚筒下切、挑顶等开采问题,以及现有截割装置的适应性问题。分析了现有截割装置对斜切进刀工艺的影响,提出了适应该条件铝土矿开采的新型斜切进刀工艺与地下铝土采矿机新型截割装置,同时详细阐述了新型斜切进刀工艺中"留距段"与"抬摇臂切入"的重要性,并分别介绍了2种新型截割装置的具体结构、性能及特点。针对新型截割装置的装载问题,提出了采用顶部装料机构的解决方案,并介绍了其结构特点。简述了地下铝土综采项目取得的阶段成果,总结了"新型斜切进刀工艺"与"新型截割装置"的应用特点及适用面。 In view of the mining problem of high grade ore with thin lower limit and high hardness,this paper analyzes the mining problems such as the cutting of the drum,the thick groove and the thick top beam,and the adaptability of the ex⁃isting cutting device.This paper analyzes the influence of the existing cutting device on the oblique cutting feed process,and puts forward a new oblique cutting feed process and a new cutting device of an underground bauxite mining machine which are adapted to the conditions,at the same time,the importance of"stay-distance section"and"cut-in with rocker arm"in new type oblique cutting tool technology is expounded in detail,and the specific structure,performance and characteristics of two new cutting devices are introduced respectively.In view of the loading problem of the new cutting device,the solution of adopting the top loading mechanism is put forward,and its structure characteristics are introduced.This paper briefly de⁃scribes the phase achievements of underground bauxite fully mechanized mining project,and sums up the application fea⁃tures and application areas of"new oblique cutting tool feeding technology"and"new cutting device".
