摘要
目的分析辨证施护混合式教学法和传统中医教学法在中医护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法选择2018年5月-2020年1月期间在该院进行护理实习的护生64名,根据带教方案将其分为对照组(n=32,传统中医教学法进行中医护理临床带教)和观察组(n=32,辨证施护混合式教学法开展中医护理临床带教),对比两组教学效果。结果观察组护生的理论知识、病例分析、操作技能等护理实习成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的各项辨证施护能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对辨证施护混合式教学法的认可度显著高于对照组护生对传统中医教学方法的认可度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医护理临床带教中实施辨证施护混合式教学法,不仅能够提高护生的实习成绩,同时能够提高护生的辨证施护能力,从而提高护生对教学法的认可度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of the combined teaching method of syndrome differentiation and nursing and traditional Chinese medicine teaching method in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.Methods Selected 64 nursing students who will be in the hospital for nursing practice from May 2018 to January 2020,and divide them into the control group(n=32,traditional Chinese medicine teaching method for clinical teaching of Chinese medicine nursing)and the observation group(n=32,the mixed teaching method based on syndrome differentiation and nursing to carry out clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing)according to the teaching plan,compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The nursing practice scores of the nursing students in the observation group,such as theoretical knowledge,case analysis,and operating skills,were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the nursing students in the observation group based on syndrome differentiation,significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's recognition of the mixed-type nursing teaching method of syndrome differentiation was significantly higher than the control group's recognition of the traditional Chinese medicine teaching method,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the combined teaching method based on syndrome differentiation and nursing in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing can not only improve the practice performance of nursing students,but also improve the ability of syndrome differentiation and nursing students,thereby increasing the recognition of the teaching method by nursing students.
