摘要
目的 对持续质量改进在肝胆外科临床护理带教中的效果展开分析.方法 选取2018年3月—2019年5月该院接收的肝胆外科实习生92名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=46,给予常规带教模式)、实验组(n=46,给予持续质量改进模式),对两组实习生的考核成绩、带教方式满意度进行评估.结果 分析实习生考核成绩,结果显示,实验组理论知识水平为(45.42±3.11)分,实践操作技能水平为(44.39±2.57)分,和对照组相比,实验组考核成绩较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).评价带教方式满意度,结果显示,对照组实习生对带教方式的满意度为(86.96%),实验组实习生对带教方式的满意度为(97.83%),和对照组相比,实验组满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 实施持续质量改进教学模式,能够有效提高实习生的理论知识水平以及实践操作能力,很大程度上提高了学生对带教方式的满意度.
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement in clinical nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods A total of 92 hepatobiliary surgery trainees received in the hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into a control group(n=46,given a conventional teaching mode)and an experimental group(n=46,given continuous quality improvement model).The assessment results and satisfaction of teaching methods of two groups were evaluated.Results The analysis of the internship assessment results showed that the experimental group had a theoretical knowledge level of(45.42±3.11)points and a practical operation skill level of(44.39±2.57)points.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a higher assessment score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Evaluation of satisfaction with teaching methods,the results showed that the satisfaction of the control group's internship with the teaching method was(86.96%),and the experimental group's satisfaction with the teaching method was(97.83%).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement teaching mode can effectively improve the intern's theoretical knowledge level and practical operation ability,and greatly improve the students'satisfaction with the teaching method.
