混合微生物菌剂对连作土壤中黄瓜幼苗生长的影响 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】探究不同剂量的混合微生物菌剂对多年连作土壤中黄瓜幼苗生长的影响.【方法】以黄瓜甘丰春玉为试验材料,黄瓜连作土壤(10 a)为栽培基质,采用盆栽试验,在光照培养箱中,浇灌不同剂量混合微生物菌剂,试验共设4个处理:CK为清水对照不添加微生物菌剂,A、B、C处理依次添加2.5、5.0、7.5 mL/盆的混合微生物菌剂.混合微生物菌剂由P2、P4、P19、P35按等比例混合而成,测定不同处理下,黄瓜幼苗相关的生长生理指标.【结果】随着混合微生物菌剂添加量的增加,黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶片数、叶绿素、根系活力均呈现先升高后降低的趋势;各处理下的丙二醛和叶片电导率呈现先降低后升高的趋势,与对照相比分别降低了51.3%、82.8%、54.6%和7.44%、14.43%、6.96%.【结论】采用隶属函数分析法进行综合评价,不同剂量的混合微生物菌剂对缓解连作障碍的效果从高到低顺序为5、2.5、7.5、0 mL/盆.由此可知,混合微生物菌剂可缓解黄瓜幼苗连作障碍带来的伤害,其中5 mL/盆的添加量效果最好. 【Objective】The effects of different doses of mixed microbial agents on the growth of cucumber seedlings in multi-year continuous cropping soil were investigated.【Method】Cucumber cv.Ganfengchunyu was used as the test material and cucumber continuous cropping soil(10 years)was used as the cultivation substrate,pots were used,in the light incubator,different doses of mixed microbial inoculants(0,2.5,5,7.5 mL/pot)were added,four treatments were set up:CK was the control of water without microbial agents and the mixed microbial agents of 2.5,5.0 and 7.5 mL/pot were added successively in treatment A,B and C.The compound micro-organisms were mixed in equal proportions of P2,P4,P19,P35 and the growth physiological indexes related to cucumber seedlings under different treatments were measured.【Result】With the increase of mixed microbial agents,the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,chlorophyll and root activity of cucumber seedlings increased at first and then decreased.The malondialdehyde content and leaf conductivity decreased at first and then increased,which decreased by 51.3%,82.8%,54.6%,7.44%,14.43%and 6.96%respectively.【Conclusion】Membership function analysis was used for comprehensive evaluation the effect of different doses of mixed microbial agents on continuous cropping obstacle,the order was 5,2.5,7.5,0 mL/pot.Therefore,the mixed microbial agents could alleviate the damage caused by continuous cropping obstacles of cucumber seedlings and the effect of 5 mL/pot is the best.
