摘要
芒萁是我国南方红壤侵蚀区生态恢复的重要植物。为探讨微生物菌肥对芒萁生理特性的影响,施用不同种类的肥料,测定不同施肥处理下芒萁叶片抗氧化酶、渗透调节物质和光合指标。结果表明:菌肥施用下,芒萁叶片的生理活性受到明显影响,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均呈显著下降趋势,过氧化物酶(POD)活性提高,芒萁抗氧化系统对施肥反应不一;施用菌肥的芒萁丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖(SS)含量和相对电导率(REC)降低,而叶片叶绿素总量(Chl)提高。菌肥能够改善因土壤养分贫瘠造成的逆境胁迫,而且可提高芒萁抗逆性,从而增强其生理活性、促进其生长。
Dicranopteris pedata is a vital plant for ecological restoration in red soil erosion areas in southern China.To explore the effect of microbial fertilizer on the physiological characteristics of Dicranopteris pedata,the antioxidant enzymes,osmoregulatory substances,and photosynthetic indexes of Dicranopteris pedata leaves under different fertilizer treatments were determined after applying different kinds of fertilizer.The physiological activity of Dicranopteris pedata leaves was affected by the application of bacterial fertilizer.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)showed a significant downward trend,and the activity of peroxidase(POD)increased.The antioxidant system of Dicranopteris pedata responded differently to fertilization.The malondialdehyde(MDA),proline(Pro),soluble sugar(SS),and relative electrical conductivity(REC)contents of the extract decreased,while the total chlorophyll(Chl)content of the leaves increased.The above results indicated that bacterial fertilizer could improve the stress caused by poor soil nutrients and the stress resistance of Dicranopteris pedata,thus enhancing physiological activity and promoting growth.
