摘要
根据一款背包塑料扣的结构特点与生产要求,通过提出更详细的塑件成型工艺方案:塑件的工艺分析、型腔排布、分型面的选择、模仁的加工方法及参数分析,并采用六件一套模的方式加工,为加工企业缩短模具的生产周期、降低生产成本提供参考价值。
In consideration of the structural characteristics and production requirements of a backpack plastic buckle,this paper puts forward a more detailed plastic part forming process scheme:plastic part process analysis,cavity layout,parting surface selection,mold kernel processing method and parameter analysis.And the six in one set mold is proposed in processing for enterprise reference,in order to shorten the mold production cycle and reduce the production cost.
