摘要 以某平板电脑后壳倒灌注塑模具设计为例,介绍了CAD/CAE软件在塑件成型中的作用,制订了塑件流道及浇口布置方案,通过采用CAE软件对塑件的两种CAE流动方案进行变形与熔接痕等分析,最终得到了一套切实可行的方案,使得模具设计缺陷大大降低,提高了塑件的内在质量和工作性能。实践表明,通过采用CAD/CAE软件进行注塑模具设计,有利于模具结构得到进一步优化,从而确保塑件的成型质量和生产周期符合要求。 Taking the design of inverted filling mold for back shell of tablet computer as an example,the function of computer aided design(CAD )/computer aided engineering(CAE)software in the molding of the plastic parts was introduced.The flow path and the gate layout of the plastic parts were formulated.By using the CAE software,the deformation and weld mark of the two CAE flow schemes were analyzed.Finally,a set of practical schemes were obtained to make the die.The design defects were greatly reduced and the internal quality and working performance of the plastic parts were improved.The practice shows that the design of injection mold by using CAD/CAE software is beneficial to the further optimization of the die structure.Therefore,it could guarantee the molding quality of the plastic parts and satisfy with the requirements of the production cycle.
