基于MFI和UG的后视镜外卡框注塑模具设计 被引量:3

摘要 以后视镜外卡框为例,在详细分析其结构基础上,运用MFI 2016对其浇口位置进行了仿真分析。在考虑“最佳浇口位置”、塑料件结构和成对注塑的基础上,确定了模具采用二点薄片式浇口冷、热流道混合式浇注系统;在对塑料成型工艺分析中,对影响产品质量的填充时间、速度/压力切换时的压力、熔接线、体积收缩率、总变形量等进行了分析。运用UG软件对型腔、型芯结构,导向与塑料件精度保证机构,顶出机构,侧向滑块分型、侧向斜顶抽芯机构及其复位机构,以及模具的整体结构进行了分析设计,完成了一次注射成型配对外卡框塑料件的模具设计。同时运用由大、小导柱导套+方块导向+锥台定位+楔紧镶块调节+厚薄调节垫组成的“六位一体”精度保证与保持系统,使得塑料件精度更高。经使用证明,模具结构合理,产品成型完整,质量达到设计要求。 The MFI 2016 software was used to simulate the injection gate location for rearview mirror’s exterior frame based on the detailed analysis of its plastic structure.Taking into account of“the optimal injection gate location”,plastic part structure and injection molding in pairs,a two-spots sheet gate pouring system with both hot and cold runners was determined.In the plastic mold-ing process analysis,the filling time,the pressure during switch between velocity and pressure,the fuse wire,the volume shrinkage ratio,the total deformation amount,etc.were further examined.The UG software was utilized for overall analytical design,includ-ing the cavity and core structure,guidance and precision of plastic parts,ejection mechanism,lateral slider type and lateral inclined core-pulling mechanism,and its reset mechanism,as well as the mold as a whole.As a result,the design for one-off injection molding of the paired rearview mirror exteriors’frame mold was completed.The“six-in-one”precision assurance and maintenance system consisting of both large and small guide pillar and guide sleeve,block orientating,frustum positioning,wedge clamping adjustment,and adjustment pads for thickness,improves the precision of plastic part.It was proved in actual practice that the mold structure is reasonable,the final product is integral,and the quality meets design requirements.
