摘要 利用Pro/E软件建立键盘基壳和键盘顶壳的三维模型,并对键盘外壳的注射位置进行仿真优化,研究不同注射位置的键盘外壳注射参数。仿真结果表明:键盘基壳的注塑过程中,双注射位置的注塑效果最好。双注射位置的注射时间小于单注射位置,注塑效率更高,生产周期短,并且不易产生塑料熔体在流动过程中冷却凝固的现象;键盘顶壳的注塑过程中,三注射位置的注塑效果最好,其总注射时间为1.06 s,注射压力为76.73 MPa,注射温度范围为139.84~240.03 oC。 Pro/E software was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the keyboard base shell and the keyboard top shell, and the injection position of the keyboard shell was simulated and optimized, and the injection parameters of the keyboard shell at different injection positions were studied. The simulation results show that during the injection molding process of the keyboard base shell, the injection effect of the double injection position is the best. The injection time of the double injection position is shorter than that of the single injection position, the injection efficiency is higher, the production cycle is shorter, and the phenomenon of plastic melt cooling and solidification during the flow process is not easy to occur;in the injection molding process of the keyboard top shell, the injection effect of the three injection position is the best, the total injection time is 1.06 s, the injection pressure is 76.73 MPa, and the injection temperature range is 139.84~240.03 oC.
