CAE Optimization and Injection Mold design of Automobile Plastic Parts Based on DOE Experiment

摘要 以某汽车塑件为例,针对其结构及分型复杂、注塑难等问题,基于DOE实验和CAE分析对其注塑所需工艺参数进行了仿真和优化。通过浇口位置和数量的优化,获得了理想的浇口设置;通过浇注系统的优化及成型窗口分析,获得了合理的流动分析工艺参数;对流动分析工艺参数进行正交试验优化,找出了产品注塑存在的潜在缺陷问题,经进一步对针阀控制进行寻优,解决了熔接线过长过多、充填不平衡、气孔较多等问题;通过翘曲和冷却分析的优化,最终获得了产品注塑成型所需的合理工艺参数,设计了一副结构合理的注塑模具,提高了模具生产效率。 Taking an automobile plastic part as an example, aiming at solving problems in the complicated structure and parting and difficulty for injection molding,the simulation and optimization of the process parameters for injection molding were carried out based on DOE experiment and CAE analysis. With the optimization of gate position and number,the ideal gated setting was obtained. With the optimization of the gating system and the analysis on molding window, the reasonable flow analysis process parameters were obtained, the flow analysis process parameters were optimized by orthogonal test, and the potential defects of product injection were found out. By further optimizing the needle valve control, the problems such as too much excessively long weld line, unbalanced filling and many air holes were solved. Through the optimization of warpage and cooling analysis, the reasonable process parameters for product injection molding were finally obtained, and an injection mold was designed to improve the production efficiency of the mold.
