摘要 运用PDCA循环法,对转向架流水线电气故障发生的现状进行调查分析,发现DP(PROFIBUS-DP,现场总线)通信故障是发生次数最多的电气故障,运用鱼骨图法分析故障原因,找出关键原因,制定改进计划,经过一段时间的实践后检查实施效果,PDCA循环法的应用确实降低了转向架流水线电气故障率,减少了维修费用和缩短了维修时间,提高了转向架流水线作业效率。PDCA循环法的成功应用为类似的设备故障处理提供了思路,可推广应用到全国货车车辆段使用。 The PDCA cycle method is used to investigate and analyze the current situation of the electrical fault of the bogie assembly line. It is found that the DP communication fault is the electrical fault that occurs most frequently. The fishbone diagram method is used to analyze the fault causes, find out the key causes, formulate the improvement plan, and check the implementation effect after a period of practice. The application of the PDCA cycle method has indeed reduced the electrical fault rate of the bogie assembly line, the maintenance cost and time are reduced, and the bogie assembly line operation efficiency is improved. The successful application of PDCA cycle method provides ideas for similar equipment fault treatment, and can be extended to freight car depots throughout the country.
