摘要
目的探究泼尼松龙治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变的临床效果。方法随机选取我院2016年12月至2018年12月的收治的50例口腔黏膜下纤维性变的患者,按照完全随机法分为常规用药组和泼尼松龙组,各25例,常规用药组使用复方丹参注射液+利多卡因治疗,泼尼龙松组在常规用药基础上使用醋酸泼尼松龙注射液治疗。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测血清白介素-6(IL-6)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1),采用Western blot检测TG2、STAT3蛋白表达量。结果治疗后泼尼松龙组对IL-6、TGF-β1水平的降低作用显著高于常规用药组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者TG2表达、张口度高于治疗前,STAT3蛋白表达、口腔黏膜灰白色病损面积低于治疗前,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),但泼尼松龙组对TG2表达、张口度增高作用显然高于常规用药组,STAT3蛋白表达、口腔黏膜灰白色病损面积低于常规用药组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。泼尼松龙组的有效率明显高于常规用药组治疗总有效率,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论醋酸泼尼松龙注射液治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变的效果显著,改善了张口度和临床症状,并可降低IL-6、TGF-β1水平和STAT3蛋白表达水平,增高TG2表达。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of prednisolone in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis.Methods A total of 50 patients with oral submucous fibrosis were included and divided into two groups,the routine drug group(Compound Danshen injection+lidocaine)and the prednisolone group.The serum levels of IL-6 and TGF-β1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the expression levels of TG2 and STAT3 were detected by Western blot.Results After treatment,the effect of prednisolone on the level of IL-6 and TGF-β1 was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The expression of TG2 and the degree of mouth opening in the two groups were higher than that before treatment,the expression of STAT3 protein and the area of gray lesions in oral mucosa were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the effect of prednisolone group on the expression of TG2 and the degree of mouth opening was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,and the expression of STAT3 protein and the area of gray lesions in oral mucosa were lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The effective rate of prednisolone group was significantly higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Prednisolone acetate injection has a significant effect in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis,improving the mouth opening degree and clinical symptoms,reducing the levels of IL-6,TGF-β1 and STAT3 protein,and increasing the expression of TG2.
