摘要
芦荟含有蒽醌类、糖类、有机酸、矿物质和维生素等多种有效成分,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、促进伤口愈合和抗炎等药理作用。芦荟及其提取物可用于诊疗口腔扁平苔藓、黏膜下纤维性变、口腔溃疡和牙周病等。芦荟在口腔临床医学的应用显示了其潜在的应用前景,但其机制还有待进一步阐明。
Aloe contains a variety of active ingredients,including anthraquinone,sugars,organic acids,minerals and vitamins.These ingredients perform pharmacological effects such as immune regulation,anti-tumor,anti-virus,anti-inflammation and promoting wound healing. Aloe and its extracts can be used for diagnosis and treatment of oral lichen planus,oral submucous fibrosis,oral ulcer,periodontal diseases and so on. The application of aloe in dental clinical medicine shows its potential practical value,yet its mechanism remains to be elucidated.
