芦荟对口腔临床常见病原菌的体外抑菌活性 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过测定中药芦荟对口腔临床常见病原菌的体外抑菌活性,初步探讨其对口腔细菌感染性疾病防治的药用价值。方法设置阴性对照组、阳性对照组(丁香),采用琼脂稀释法,在体外测定芦荟对21株口腔临床常见病原菌模式株、临床分离株的抑菌活性,结果采用最小抑菌浓度(MIC)表示。结果芦荟对10株致龋菌的MIC值为>20 mg/mL;对11株牙髓根尖周炎和牙周病的常见病原菌的MIC值范围为1.25~2 mg/mL。与阳性对照组(丁香)相比具有较强的对牙髓根尖周炎和牙周病的常见病原菌的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论芦荟对口腔细菌感染性疾病的防治,尤其是对牙髓根尖周炎和牙周病的防治具有潜在的药用价值。 Objective To determine in vitro antibacterial activity of Aloe on oral pathogenic bacteria and to explore its medicinal value on the prevention and treatment of oral bacterial infectious diseases.Methods Negative control group and positive control group(Syzygium Aromaticum)were set in this study.Agar dilution method was used to determine the antimicrobial activity of Aloe to 21 kinds of oral model strains and clinical isolates.The results were expressed by minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC).Results Aloe exhibited antibacterial activity against 21 strains of experimental bacteria:the MIC values of 10 strains of cariogenic bacteria were over 20 mg/mL and the MIC values of 11 normal pathogens of pulp periapical disease and periodontitis were 1.25~2 mg/mL.Compared with the positive control group(Syzygium Aromaticum),the negative control group showed stronger inhibitory effect on common pathogens of pulp periapical disease and periodontitis.Conclusion Aloe has potential medicinal value in the prevention and treatment of oral bacterial infectious diseases,especially in pulp periapical disease and periodontitis.
