摘要
目的:观察自拟葛丹抗纤方治疗气虚血瘀型口腔黏膜下纤维化(OSF)中晚期的临床疗效。方法:选取气虚血瘀型OSF中晚期患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。治疗组采用葛丹抗纤方治疗,对照组采用曲安奈德治疗,以7d为1个疗程,2组均治疗3个疗程。比较2组患者治疗前后的口腔最大开口度、疼痛程度、口腔健康状况和临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.0%(48/50),对照组为88.0%(44/50),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组口腔最大开口度、疼痛视觉模拟评分、口腔健康影响程度量表评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后各时间节点组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛丹抗纤方能提高OSF中晚期患者临床疗效,改善患者张口受限、口腔黏膜疼痛和口腔健康状况。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Gedan Kangxian prescription in the treatment of patients with advanced oral submucous fibrosis(OSF) with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with advanced OSF with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected as subjects and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group received Gedan Kangxian prescription,and those in the control group received triamcinolone acetonide;each course of treatment was 7 days,and both groups were treated for 3 courses.The two groups were compared in terms of the degree of maximum mouth opening,pain,oral health status,and clinical outcome before and after treatment.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group [96.0%(48/50) vs 88.0%(44/50),P<0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant changes in the degree of maximum mouth opening,visual analogue scale score,and Oral Health Impact Profile score,and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups at each time point after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with advanced OSF,Gedan Kangxian prescription can improve clinical outcome,limited mouth opening,and oral health status.
