摘要 目的:研究自噬关键蛋白LC3和P62在口腔黏膜下纤维性变(OSF)中的表达以及自噬在OSF发生、发展中的作用。方法:收集正常及口腔黏膜下纤维性变早、中、晚期颊黏膜组织各30例,免疫组织化学染色法检测固有层中自噬关键蛋白LC3和P62的表达,对两者进行相关性分析。结果:OSF早、中、晚期患者颊黏膜组织固有层和正常颊黏膜组织固有层中均可见LC3和P62表达。与正常组织相比,OSF早、中期组织固有层中LC3表达上调,P62表达下调,晚期LC3表达下调,P62表达上调,各组间表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2种蛋白在OSF组织固有层表达强度呈负相关。结论:自噬可能是促进OSF发生、发展的原因之一。 Objective: To study the expression of autophagy key proteins LC3 and P62 in the lamina propria of oral mucosa of the patietns with oral submucosal fibrosis(OSF) and the role of autophagy in the development of OSF. Methods: The expression of LC3 and P62 protein in the lamina propria was detected by immunohistochemical staining in the subjects with early, intermediate and advanced stage of OSF and normal buccal mucosa(n=30). The correlation between LC3 and P62 expression was analyzed. Results: The expression of LC3 and P62 was found in the lamina propria of both OSF patients and normal buccal mucosa. The expression of LC3 was up-regulated and p62 was down-regulated in early and intermediate stage of OSF, the expression of LC3 was down-regulated and p62 was up-regulated in the advanced stage of OSF. The expression of the proteins was statistically significant among the groups(P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression intensity of LC3 and P62 in OSF samples. Conclusion: Autophagy may be one of the reasons to promote the development of OSF.
