摘要
目的分析生存蛋白（Survivin）在口腔粘膜下纤维性变（OSF）和癌变中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取2011年8月~2014年8月在医院接受治疗的OSF患者17例和OSF癌变患者18例,并选取同期进行口腔健康检查的健康人群20例作为研究对象,采用SP方法检测三组患者的Survivin表达情况。结果健康人群口腔粘膜上皮组织中未出现Survivin阳性表达;OSF癌变患者的Survivin表达阳性率（94.4%）明显高于OSF患者（47.1%）（P〈0.05）;OSF患者早期、中期、晚期的Survivin表达阳性率呈升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 Survivin水平对于诊断口腔粘膜下纤维性癌变具有重要意义,可作为患者早期的诊断标志物。
Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of survivin in oral submucous fibrosis（OSF）and cancer.Methods 17 patients with OSF and 18 patients with malignant transformation of OSF were controlled with 20 healthy people.The expression of surviving was observed.Results Survivin positive expression does not appear health human oral mucosa epithelial tissue.The originating from OSF patients survivin expression positive rate（94.4%）was significantly higher than that of OSF patients（47.1%）（P〈0.05）.OSF patients early,middle and late stage of survivin expression positive rate showed an increasing trend,but the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The level of survivin has important significance for diagnosis of oral submucous fibrosis carcinogenesis,which be used as the early diagnostic marker.
