摘要
本文运用问卷调查法对某地方应用型本科高校的286位本科生进行了调查,探讨了教学环境、教学方式和与课堂教学满意度之间的关系。研究结果表明,教师的教学方法、课堂教学内容的难易程度、教师对学生的创造性思考和成果的奖励、课堂的组织管理、同学们之间是否会有争执等是影响学生总体满意度的因素。其中,课堂学习环境中教师的教学方法、课堂组织管理、教学内容的难易程度是影响学生积极投入和有获得感的共同因素。针对性地提出提升课堂教学满意度的路径:改革教学方法,促进学生主动学习;精心设计教学内容,让学生"愿意听""听得懂";做好课堂的引导,让学生的主体性得到充分发挥;提高教学投入,保障课堂教学的有效性。
In this paper, 286 undergraduate students from a local application-oriented university were surveyed by questionnaire survey, and the relationship between teaching environment, teaching style and classroom satisfaction was discussed. The results show that teaching methods, the difficulty of classroom teaching content, teachers’ creative thinking and rewards for students’ achievements, classroom organization and management, and whether there will be disputes among students are the factors that affect students’ overall satisfaction. Among them, the teachers’ teaching methods, classroom organization and management, and the difficulty of teaching content in the classroom learning environment are the common factors that affect students’ active involvement and sense of gain. The author puts forward the ways to improve the satisfaction of classroom teaching. Carefully design teaching content,so that students can be "willing to listen" and "understand";Do a good job in the guidance of the classroom, let students get the main body full play;Improve teaching input and ensure the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
