实验动物室可自动饮水式IVC独立通风鼠笼的开发与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为更好地完成实验教学,吉林大学国家级生物实验教学示范中心不断加强实验动物建设投入与使用安全管理,并探索和开发适用于教学的实验装置。实验动物的质量受环境、饲料、饮水等因素的影响,其中饮水问题不容小觑。将小动物饮水机与IVC独立通风系统通过管道连接,代替人工换瓶的饮水方式,可使动物自动饮用无菌水,此技术应用于动物实验教学中,节省实验时间与成本,在实验教学中取得较好效果。 The quality of experimental animals is an important guarantee for obtaining experimental data and results.In order to complete the experimental teaching better,the national biological experimental teaching demonstration center of Jilin University has continuously strengthened the investment and safety management of experimental animal construction,and explored and developed experimental devices suitable for teaching.The quality of experimental animals is affected by the environment,feed,drinking water and other factors.The small animal water dispenser and IVC independent ventilation system are connected through pipes,instead of the traditional manual bottle changing drinking way,which can make the animals automatically drink sterile water.This technology is applied in animal experiment teaching,saving the experiment time and cost,and achieving good results in the experiment teaching.
