摘要
实验动物饮用水的质量是关系到实验动物健康、福利和试验数据可靠与否的重要条件。实验动物饮用水纯化过程主要有颗粒过滤法、活性炭过滤法、反渗透法,以及去离子化,经过氯化作用、酸化作用和紫外线照射等处理后,可以进一步将水中的细菌等微生物数量降至最低,从而为实验动物提供合格的饮用水。
The quality of laboratory animal drinking water is a key factor to the health and welfare of laboratory animal, as well as reliability of experimental data. Particle filter, activated carbon filter, reverse osmosis and deionization all can be used to purify laboratory animal drinking water.
