摘要
随着当代生命科学的快速发展，鱼类作为实验动物的研究越来越多，然而鱼类实验动物尚未实现实验动物的标准化。本文综述了国内外鱼类实验动物的种类、研究方向、模型开发等几方面的现状与发展趋势，并对鱼类作为实验动物在标准化研究过程面·临的主要问题做了初步探讨，以期为鱼类实验动物的标准化研究和推广提供参考。
With the rapid development of the life sciences and biotechnology, the researches using fish as laboratory animal became more and more popular. This review summarized the application and exploi- tation of fish as laboratory animal, including the main species, researches applications and some aspects of the fish as laboratory animal during its standard research procession. And it aimed to provide some references on the standard researches about the fish as laboratory animal.
