摘要
专业可以彰显办学特色,专业建设是提升人才培养质量着力点。以某农业高职院校软件技术专业为例,依据内部质量保证体系架构,结合"两链"打造,遵循"8字螺旋",构建专业层面诊改指标体系,优化专业人才培养方案。在诊改理念指导下,加强专业建设是高职院校实现高质量发展的重要途径。
Specialty can highlight school-running characteristics, and specialty construction is the key point to improve talent training quality. Taking the software technology specialty of an agricultural higher vocational college as an example, according to the internal quality assurance system structure, combining "two chains" and following the "eight-character spiral", the index system of professional diagnosis and improvement was constructed to optimize the training scheme of professional talents. Strengthening specialty construction under the guidance of diagnosis and improvement is an important way for higher vocational colleges to realize high-quality development.
