依托工程实训与实验平台卓越创新人才培养 被引量:7

Excellent Innovative Talents Training Based on Platform of Engineering Practice and Experimental Teaching

摘要 从工程实训平台的课程化建设、自主实践化、网络化与信息化及工程训练中心的产业化发展等方面阐述了工程实训平台对卓越工程创新人才培养的促进作用;结合实验教学示范中心平台的标准化建设,全开放实验教学体系及科研成果反哺实验实践教学,强调实验实践教学平台对卓越工程创新人才培养的基础性作用。提出基于工程训练中心和实验教学平台的卓越工程创新人才培养模式。 Based on the course construction,independent practice,networking and informatization of the engineering practice platform and industrialization development of the engineering training center,the effect of the platform of engineering practice on excellent engineering innovative talents training was explained. According to the standardized construction of experimental teaching demonstration center platform,the open experimental teaching system and the experimental and practical teaching originated from scientific research achievements,the fundamental role of experimental and practical teaching platform for the excellent engineering innovative talents training were emphasized. Excellent engineering innovative talents training mode based on the engineering training center and the experimental teaching platform was put forward.
