摘要
目前市域动车组通常采用的降噪措施为双阻尼环车轮和钢轨TMD(调谐质量阻尼器)结构,通过增加车轮和钢轨的阻尼比系数,来降低轮轨产生的振动和噪声。通过研究不同轮轨粗糙度下市域动车组所采用单一的双阻尼环车轮和钢轨TMD结构,以及双阻尼环车轮和钢轨TMD结构相互结合的降噪措施,对40~4000Hz频段不同粗糙度下轮轨辐射声功率以及总辐射噪声进行对比分析,弄清各种工况下采取不同降噪措施的降噪量,选用最佳的降噪措施。结果表明:单一措施适合轮轨粗糙度比较低的情况,当轮轨粗糙度较高时,两种措施结合会有更突出的降噪效果。
The noise reduction measures usually adopted by urban EMUs are the double damping ring wheel and rail TMD(tuned mass damper)structure,which reduce the wheel-rail noise by increasing the damping ratio coefficient of the wheel and rail.This paper studies the effect of wheel-rail noise reduction measures of municipal EMUs under different wheel-rail roughness excitation.The measures include single dual damping ring wheel,rail TMD structure and the combined the dual damping ring wheel with the rail TMD structure.The paper calculates the sound power generated by the wheel and rail in the frequency range of 40Hz〜4000Hz,compares the total values of wheel-rail noise with different noise reduction measures under different wheel-rail roughness excitation.The optimal noise reduction measure is obtained.The results show that a single measure is suitable for the low wheel-rail roughness.When the wheel-rail roughness is high,the combination of the two measures could have a more prominent noise reduction effect.
